Our approach to managing the impact of COVID-19

With the situation surrounding coronavirus constantly changing, and it now becoming a top priority for governments, business and individuals, we wanted to reassure you that preparations are in place to allow us to provide the level of service you would expect from us should the COVID-19 virus continue to spread.

We are doing everything we can to help you in meeting your objectives and priorities, and are following the advice from the UK Government to ensure both safety for our people and business continuity for our clients.

As we follow Government guidelines, we are working from home where we can. Our people who are working remotely are, of course, fully equipped to access all our systems securely, including taking your calls.

It is important that we continue to do all we can to assist our clients in these extremely challenging and unprecedented times. Please do continue to email and call us as it is important we remain in contact. We are continuing to advocate for all our clients at policy level with local Government.
