Geraldine is a Director within the Tax Department at BDO. Geraldine previously spent 27 years in a Big 4 practice leading the International Assignment Services Compliance team in Belfast.
Geraldine has extensive experience in the area of international assignment services compliance delivery. She has also experience in the area of employment tax, advising employers on tax efficient reward and employment tax queries.
She has a particular interest in Payroll, having spent time in industry providing payroll training .
Geraldine also has experience of managing a Professional services Higher level Apprenticeship scheme.
Geraldine is a member of Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
